Public Art/Signs

  • Interpretative Signs at Kaw Point and possibly Grinter Place (already funded by the National Park Service)
  • Historic Marker at Kaw Point
  • Artwork on Woodswether Bridge as part of Riverfront Heritage Trail

  • Lewis and Clark Curriculum Activities Correlated to State Education Standards; Teacher Workshops; Sponsor Speakers and Reenactors (with KACEE and KSHS, school districts)
  • Projects Relating to York and Sacagawea; Seaman the Newfoundland Dog for pre-K and elementary; and Jean Baptiste Charbonneau for Middle and High School.
